Positive: The decor of the pousada in general and of our room was excellent. Our breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our host Chris and her partner helped with ideas for trips and also put us in touch with a local taxi driver to help us get around. We spent a day at Praia Patachou (a small fee is needed to access) with facilities for shower and food. A visit to Tatuamunha, 10K south, allowed us to visit numerous artisan shops. Also the local Pizzeria is very good and a pleasant place to eat in, with all pizzas made in a wood burning oven. A car is reccommended to make the most of your stay. We arrived on foot via taxi and that worked fine.
